The 1st edition of the International Negotiation and Mediation Summer School, which will take place between 18 and 23 July 2022, at the Campus of Foz.

This Summer School aims to provide the development of knowledge and skills in International Mediation, allowing participants to put into practice the expertise brought by international professionals, while allowing the discussion of the topics that mark current trends in the area of out-of-court conflict resolution.
It will also integrate different workshops with specific themes (negotiation, family, insolvency, commercial mediation) that will allow participants to have an experience of interactice learning, building relationships and problem-solving skills.

This programme is suitable for participants who are interested in developing skills in the area of negotiation and mediation and who have the ambition to integrate an international network of professionals who lead the development of alternative dispute resolution and online dispute resolution on a global scale.
It is a unique opportunity to learn from international experts and to know the procedural and technical practices that are modernly in application in international terms for negotiators and mediators today.

The programme is going to be delivered in hibrid mode with a professor face to face with participants and another professor online.
Participants can decide to participate in a face to face mode at the Porto School of Law – Universidade Católica Portuguesa or online using a zoom platform.
