Alliance of Organisations For Mediation Standards (AMS) Acordo de Reconhecimento Mútuo
A Alliance of Organizations for Mediation Standards (AMS) lançou o projeto para reconhecimento dos mediadores certificados além das fronteiras. O acordo de reconhecimento mútuo permite que mediadores certificados por cada organização membro da AMS num nível específico se candidate diretamente ao nível equivalente de certificação noutra organização membro da AMS.
A AMS é uma colaboração entre cinco organizações de mediação baseados na França, Hong Kong SAR, Malásia, Portugal e Cingapura, respectivamente.

Cross-recognition scheme for mediators formally launched by an international alliance for mediation standards
A scheme to recognise the credentials of mediators across borders has been formally launched by the Alliance of Organisations for Mediation Standards (AMS) [1]. The arrangement allows a specific tier of accredited mediators from each member organisation to apply directly for an equivalent tier of accreditation with another member organisation.
AMS is a collaboration between five mediation bodies based in France, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Portugal and Singapore respectively.

[1] The current 5 members of the Alliance (formed on 28 April 2021) include : The Asia Mediation Centre (AMC), Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos (ICFML), The International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI), Institut Français de Certification des Médiateurs (IFCM) and The Singapore International Mediation Institute Limited (SIMI).
