On August 27th, Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos and Singapore Management University Executive Development will present an international event within the scope of Singapore Convention Week 2026 under the theme “How Mediation Skills Can Enhance Leadership Effectiveness”
In an increasingly complex and fast-paced professional environment, effective leadership requires more than ever strong interpersonal and conflict management skills. This session explores how core mediation competencies, such as active listening, reframing, emotional intelligence, and facilitative communication, can significantly enhance leadership effectiveness.
Participants will gain insights into how mediation skills can support better decision-making, strengthen team dynamics, and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
